Welcome to Threadling! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and subscription services. By accessing or purchasing from Threadling, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Threadling (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a subscription-based service that delivers curated children’s clothing directly to your door. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments and agree to receive boxes as described during checkout.

2. Subscription & Billing

When you subscribe, you agree to be billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or as otherwise specified).

  • You can update your billing information or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date.
  • Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable once a box has shipped.
  • Threadling reserves the right to change pricing or subscription terms with prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. Once a package is shipped, Threadling is not responsible for delivery delays outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy outlines eligibility for returns and exchanges. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For more details, please read our "Return and Refund Policy" section.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including your child’s size, shipping address, and payment details. Failure to update information may result in missed or incorrect deliveries.

6. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but slight variations in color or fit may occur due to manufacturing and screen differences. Threadling is not liable for such variations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Threadling website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Threadling. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any material without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Threadling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products or subscription in question.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Modifications to Terms

Threadling may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Return & Refund Policy

At Threadling, we want every parent and child to love their monthly clothing box. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
Because each Threadling box is curated just for your child’s size and style, we currently accept returns only for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect sizes or items received in error

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@threadling.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for the affected items.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For subscription boxes, refunds apply only to the specific item(s) returned — not to the full box unless the entire order was incorrect or damaged.

3. Exchanges
If a size doesn’t fit, we’re happy to send a replacement in the correct size when available. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of personalized and subscription-based curation, we can’t accept returns for items based on preference or style.

5. Cancellations
You may cancel your upcoming box anytime before your next billing date through your Threadling account or by contacting us. Once a box has been processed or shipped, it’s no longer eligible for cancellation or refund unless damaged or incorrect.
