“Can I cancel anytime?”- Yes. Threadling subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.

“What if my baby outgrows items?”- No problem — that’s expected! Simply update your child’s size before your next shipment, and we’ll adjust future boxes to match their growth.

“Are clothes new or rented?”- At the moment, all Threadling clothing is brand-new and yours to keep. We carefully select quality pieces designed for comfort, durability, and everyday wear.

“How are payments handled?”- Subscriptions are billed monthly at the time of checkout and automatically renew each month. Payments are securely processed, and you’ll receive a confirmation email for every order.
